You can continue your practice by building on the forms introduced in Tai Chi for Health – Level I, and progressively adding 12 more forms. You will enhance your understanding of the fundamental principles that serve as the foundation of tai chi. Improved stability and fluidity will enhance your self-confidence and enjoyment. Better concentration and self-awareness will make the movement more meaningful and open the door to the meditative quality of tai chi. This “stillness in motion” allows the intrinsic power of movement to be revealed.
